I surmise that humans by nature, are selfish. People always talk about how rich people SHOULD give back and how those in power should help those who are not. So, let’s go hypothetical. Say you someone King/Queen of the planet, making you the richest most powerful person on the planet. What changes/laws will you make to keep people in line? Will you become corrupt? Become a tyrant? Could you really honestly say you would stick up for the weak?
Inquiring minds would like to know. Go.
Because as Abraham Lincoln said, “Any man can handle adversity. To test a man’s true character, give him power.”
I do NOT believe in giving back to the society because I’m rich. It should come from the heart! I do not give,not unless I’m touched.
To answer your question, if I was the Queen of the World, trust and believe I would be VERY selfish with my powers. I would ONLY take care of Africa, for it has been neglected for far too long. I’m all about my continent’s progress!!!
